Bike Wrangler

Bike wranglers love working with bikes, and would like to give back to the community.  Empathy and patience are helpful attributes.

TASKS

  • Listen to the customer's requirement, and assess the tools, parts, and time required

  • Assist customers during Bike-DIY sessions

  • Keep the customer on task, without taking over

  • Clean and tidy during and after the sessions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Know how to ride a bike

  • Display attention to detail

  • Can fix a puncture in under ten minutes

  • Know the difference between a right hand thread and a left hand thread, and can demonstrate this

  • Have a passion for inclusivity and willingness to learn
