TASKS

Listen to the customer's requirement, and assess the tools, parts, and time required
Assist customers during Bike-DIY sessions
Keep the customer on task, without taking over
Clean and tidy during and after the sessions

REQUIREMENTS

Know how to ride a bike
Display attention to detail
Can fix a puncture in under ten minutes
Know the difference between a right hand thread and a left hand thread, and can demonstrate this
Have a passion for inclusivity and willingness to learn
